How To Make Potent Bubble Hash

Bubble hash is a great way to improve the quality of your marijuana, without taking too much work. Bubble hash is a very potent kind of hash that will bubble when it is lit with a flame. Another good things about bubble hash is that you don’t need too much to make some great hash, this method typically works best with about a quarter ounce for each hashish container, later on you’ll combine them to make bubble hash.

The measurements aren’t too critical.Blend your ice, water, marijuana mix for about 3 to 4 minutes to form a slushy mixture.Pour your slushy mixture through the reusable coffee filter into your plastic container.Pour some water through the filter afterward and press all the weed down in the coffee filter so all the trichomes filter through the coffee filter.Put some ice cubes in the plastic container that you drained the water into and put it in the fridge.Take out the weed that you just filtered, lay it out flat and let it dry, while you work on the rest of your hash.Repeat the previous steps for the rest of your marijuana that you want to turn into bubble hash while the other batches are chilling.While your bubble hash is chilling, about every 10 minutes stir the very top of mixture slightly and add an extra ice cube to prevent too much hash from sticking to the sides of the container. Try not to disturb the trichomes that are collecting at the bottom.After about 45 minutes of chilling, carefully pour out only the top layer of water, still trying to not disturb the trichomes at the bottom.Now pour one container into the other, and let the mix settle again in the fridge. Keep doing this until everything has been condensed into the container. When mixing the containers it might be good to rinse it out with a little bit of water and add that to the mixture while trying to wash all the trichomes off the sides and the bottom of the empty container.In the plastic container you poured the other containers into you should have a sandy coating of hash developing on the bottom of the container. Once it has settled pour out the top half of the water, you can either start filtering with paper coffee filter now, or transfer your hash to a smaller container since it will take less time to filter smaller amounts of water.Once most of the water has filtered, pinch the top of the filter closed and squeeze the rest of the water out. Be careful though, because a wet coffee filter rips easily.Lay the filter on a flat surface and scrape your bubble hash you just made off the filter.It will be kind of wet so you can take two dry coffee filters and press the hash between them to squeeze out the excess moisture.Once it has been pressed, mold it, and let it dry completely.

Cleaning Your Hookah Pipe

A hookah pipe, like any bong or pipe needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent build up of gunk and to keep your hookah pipe in tip top shape. Having a clean hookah will also ensure the taste stays good. It’s best to clean the pipe right after using it so the smoke in the pipe doesn’t have time to dry.

Use a brush that has a dense array of bristles at one end of the brush, rather than the regular brushes that have a thin array of bristles along the whole length of the brush.

Run hot water through the metal pipe stem. Wet the brush and push it into one end of the pipe. Now move the brush back and forth, working on about 6 to 10 inches of the pipe at a time until you’ve cleaned the entire length of the pipe. If the pipe is longer than the brush, just insert it in the other end to clean the rest of the pipe.

Run more hot water through the pipe and repeat the brush cleaning if needed.

Take off the exhaust valve and ball bearing, then run water through the valve. Clean the hole using a cotton ball.

Soak the pipe stem in a bath with soda crystals every few months. Clean it with a brush. This will bring back freshness to your pipe and add shininess back to the metal.

After every 5 to 6 smokes put one teaspoon of washing powder or soda crystals into the base. Fill it up to the top with hot water. Leave the water in the bottle for 20 minutes then clean it with a bottle cleaning brush. Rinse the bottle with water until it is clean. You need to wash your bottle atleast every few months or it’ll collect dirt and mold.

Not all hookah hoses are washable. Try to find a hose that has a washable guarantee from the manufacturer, because leather hoses are washable to a point, but usually have a steel inside it that will start to rust after the first month. Modern hoses are made with rust proof material, but also have that authentic Eastern feel.

Washable, but not with cold water as it will damage the material. Can last 3 to 4 months if used once or twice a week.

Washable, but only use cold water and rinse it out as little as possible due to the steel coil rusting after the first wash. Lasts 6 to 10 months if you smoke once a week.

Of course, washable, just rinse it out with cold water. Can last a year or two if you take care of your hookah hose.

How To Setup A Hookah Pipe For Smoking Shisha

A hookah pipe is a great thing to smoke out of whether you’re using shisha molasses or weed, but most people that own hookah pipes prefer to use them legally for their flavored tobaccos. It is a real pleasure to sit back, relax, and smoke out of a hookah. Hookah pipes have great flavored tobacco that comes in several different flavors and kinds, you don’t have to light them each time you want a hit, and most have multiple hoses so you can your buddies can all enjoy the hookah pipe at the same. The only downside is that, unless you know what you’re doing or you know someone who knows how to setup a hookah, it may seem a little complicated to the first-time hookah owner and takes a little bit of time to setup. First, clean your pipe right after using it, so the smoke-steam in the metal part of the pipe doesn’t have time to dry will make it alot easier to clean. Plus, the last you would want to be doing is cleaning your pipe when you’re looking forward to smoking with your friends. Use soft brushes to clean off the pipe and the base bottle.

Fill your glass base so that 1 inch of the metal tube is below the water line. If you use too much water its harder to suck smoke through and doesn’t give the smoke time to mix with the air. Use about 8-10g of tobacco per smoking session if you have a large pipe. Break up the tobacco with your fingers or a grinder and put it in the bowl, covering the holes in the bowl fully.

Cut out a small piece of aluminum foil that is big enough to cover the opening of the bowl. Wrap the aluminum foil over the top so that the surface is tight. Use a toothpick or a knife to punch about 5 to 6 holes in the foil. To make sure you have enough holes in the foil, suck on the mouth piece to see how much air flows through the pipe. If you don’t get enough air through the pipe, poke some more holes in the foil, or check to see if the tobacco too tightly packed. With the toothpick, try to make sure one hole goes straight through into one of the holes in the bowl.

If you are using self-igniting charcoal, light the charcoal and wait about 1 minute after its stopped glowing before placing it on the foil. Don’t place the charcoal on the foil too early or all you’ll inhale is charcoal fumes until it has stopped sparkling, the flavor will come back afterward.

Most experienced hookah smokers prefer natural charcoal because it contains no chemicals that can change the flavor of the smoke. It takes longer to light, but is worth the wait, a torch lighter works good, but wait until it is glowing before you put it on the hookah.

When first starting to smoke the hookah, place the charcoal on the outside of the bowl and work it around the bowl’s edges, then place the charcoal in the center of the bowl after working around the edges.

A large wind cover will prevent the charcoal falling off in the case of someone accidentally knocking into your pipe, it also preserves the charcoal by preventing heat from escaping.

Now place the hose grommet in the hole and attach the hose to the pipe. The hookah is ready to smoke now, so suck gently to start with so it can heat up gently, which prevents the molasses burning and tainting the taste of the shisha. Long gentle draws help the heat pass through the tobacco. Make sure you get some fresh air every now and then to make sure you don’t get sick from smoking your hookah.

Anatomy Of A Hookah Pipe

Hookah pipes may seem like quite complex devices when you first see them or start using them, but they all have pretty much the same parts, but a variety of appearances.

The hookah base is typically made out of glass. It can be any variety of colors, usually the hookah base has an etched or painted design. They also come in a wide variety of shapes too.

The pipe is the body of the hookah. Typically made of brass, stainless steel, or tin. It has two important attachments that you need to know about. The hose socket is where you attach the hose to the pipe. The release valve is a one-way valve that is unscrewed to reveal the tiny small bearing inside it. If the smoke in your hookah becomes too strong, the release valve allows you to gently blow through the hose, which will force the smoke in the base out through the release valve. Be careful though, cause if the valve is clogged and you blow forcefully on the hose it can force water up out of the pipe or blow the hot coals out of the bowl.

The hose is usually gaudy, brightly colored, and elaborately decorated. The hose is usually made of ribbed rubber, while the ends of the hose are made of wood. One end of the hookah hose fits into the pipe hose socket, while the other end has a handle and a small metal mouthpiece.

The bowl is made of clay, and has five small holes. Rare bowls have only one large hole. The bowl holds the shisha tobacco and the coal.

The coal tray is a convenient resting place for tongs and other items you may need while using your hookah. It also catches some ash that blows out from the coals.

Tongs let you handle the hot coals without getting burnt, duh.

Used to ensure there is a tight seal at various connections between the hookah’s parts. These are optionally and are usually found on more expensive hookahs.

The wind cover is a light, metal cylinder that rests on the coal tray and protects the bowl and its content from wind, careless people, etc. This is also optional, but it very handy to have.

These are mostly used at hookah bars and clubs, and they simply fit onto the end of the hose so you’re not sharing saliva with 30 different people you don’t know.

This is the stuff you smoke, it provides a pleasant flavorful smoking experience and is a mixture of tobacco, molasses, fruit and flavor extracts.

The coals you use needs to be the ‘self-lighting’ smokeless kind. The coals are manufactured specifically for burning incense and smoking shisha, don’t use regular charcoal because it will give you carbon monoxide poisoning.

How To Roll A Flaming Backflip Joint

The Flaming Backflip Joint is a sweet joint to roll. It has an impressive pyrotechnic trick that will let you impress your friends and looks just plain cool. Stick two rolling papers together with both gum strips on one side making a straight line.

Get your third rolling paper and fold it in half with the gum strip on the outside.

Lick the gum and and sandwich the folded rolling paper between both of the other papers like shown.

Before the gum dries pull out the third rolling paper that is sandwiched, there should be enough gum left behind to stick the other two together.

Now flip your two rolling papers over and add the mix to rolling papers. The gum strip should be facing down and away from you.

Roll the joint backwards with the glue on the outside. Now seal the joint leaving excess paper on the outside, this may take some practice.

Now for the final step, once you seal the joint and are ready to smoke, light the excess paper at the end of the roach.
